Gordon is the Bark River Associates’ Agency Principal. He has spent two decades in the industry, serving in various sales and marketing leadership positions

Gordon is the Bark River Associates’ Agency Principal. He has spent two decades in the industry, serving in various sales and marketing leadership positions (VP Sales, EVP Marketing) at Master Brand Cabinets. Before joining MasterBrand Cabinets in 2001, Gordon held various sales & marketing management positions for large and small manufacturing companies, including Sherwin-Williams. He also spent five years as President of his own floorcovering business in NW, Georgia.

He strives to improve the experience for our dealers and is passionate about seeing our dealers succeed. Today’s consumers have many choices on what products to buy and where to buy them. Consumers are yearning for their dream kitchen, and Gordon believes a great experience with our dealers and our brands ultimately allows consumers to achieve it!

Gordon holds an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace University and his BS from Ohio University. He resides in suburban Milwaukee, WI, with his wife and three daughters. In his spare time, Gordon enjoys riding his motorcycle (ok, it’s a tricycle!) and attending red dirt (ask him) music concerts.

Drew Tierney joined the Kitchen and Bath Industry in March of 2017 after working in the logistics industry for 8 years.

Drew Tierney joined the Kitchen and Bath Industry in March of 2017 after working in the logistics industry for 8 years. When Drew joined the industry, he worked closely under his father, an industry vet with 35 years of experience. Drew brings a wealth of organizational knowledge, customer relations, and customer development to the team. Drew has been quick to learn many MasterBrand lines in Bark River’s portfolio and is a jack of all trades when it comes to the lines.

Outside of his professional life, Drew values the time he spends with his wife and two young children while having a passion for hockey which he has coached at the high school level for almost two decades.

Adam Sauer is a lifelong Chicagoan. He has been involved in the kitchen and bath industry for almost 10 years as a cabinet sales representative and kitchen designer.

Adam Sauer is a lifelong Chicagoan. He has been involved in the kitchen and bath industry for almost 10 years as a cabinet sales representative and kitchen designer. From selling truckload quantities of cabinets to helping clients design their dream kitchens, he is experienced in both the supplier and dealer sides of the business.

Adam is well versed in the ups and downs of the remodeling industry and is prepared to help his clients achieve their business goals.

When Adam isn’t helping his clients or designing kitchens, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, dog, family, and friends. He is also passionate about volunteering with “For The Children,” an organization that conducts summer youth camps for foster children in Illinois.”
